You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. After you make a request a verification email will be sent to your address of record with Loschaos. You must respond to this verification email before any requests will be processed. If we have questions regarding your request we will contact you using your email address of record. Please note that when you erase your personal data from loschaos that this includes personal data collected when you purchase free downloads from our bookstore. Access to downloadable files be revoked and download logs cleared.

9. Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

10. Email Communication

Loschaos does not maintain a mail list. We do not send unsolicited email to site visitors. If you contact us via our published email address or reach out to us using our contact us page, we will email you back in response.

11. How Long We Retain Your Data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. If you choose to delete your personal data any comments you have left on the site will be made anonymous.

We retain any email correspondence and information submitted to Loschaos using our contact form for one year unless the email or contact form info submitted is of a dispute or legal nature in which case we will keep the dispute related or legal related correspondence until the dispute or legal issue is resolved.

12. Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

13. YouTube

Our website uses plugins from YouTube, which is operated by Google. The operator of the pages is YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA.

Our website uses features provided by the Vimeo video portal. This service is provided by Vimeo Inc., 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011, USA.

If you visit one of our pages featuring a Vimeo plugin, a connection to the Vimeo servers is established. Here the Vimeo server is informed about which of our pages you have visited. In addition, Vimeo will receive your IP address. This also applies if you are not logged in to Vimeo when you visit our plugin or do not have a Vimeo account. 15. Google Web Fonts

For uniform representation of fonts, this page uses web fonts provided by Google. When you open a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache to display texts and fonts correctly.

16. SoundCloud

On our pages, plugins of the SoundCloud social network (SoundCloud Limited, Berners House, 47-48 Berners Street, London W1T 3NF, UK) may be integrated. The SoundCloud plugins can be recognized by the SoundCloud logo on our site.

When you visit our site, a direct connection between your browser and the SoundCloud server is established via the plugin. This enables SoundCloud to receive information that you have visited our site from your IP address. Loschaos anonymously tracks the pages our users visit within Loschaos using Google Analytics, a service which transmits anonymized website traffic data to Google servers in the United States. Google Analytics does not identify individual users or associate their IP address with any other data held by Google. We use reports provided by Google Analytics to help us understand Loschaoswebsite traffic and webpage usage. 18. Akismet

We collect information about visitors who comment on Sites that use our Akismet anti-spam service. 21. External Data Storage Sites

We store your data on servers provided by third party hosting vendors with whom we have contracted. Your data is stored on a Hostgator database/website servers located in the United States.

22. Data Breach Procedures

Any data breaches of personal data of a sensitive nature will be reported via email addresses registered to the site within 72 hours.

23. Advertising

Ads on Loschaos are not personalized to reach users based on their interests, demographics, or targeting. Ads on Loschaos advertise services or products available on Loschaos or organizations owned by INTDirect LLC, the parent company, and owner of loschaos.com. For example, there are currently ads promoting the website Rocketfreelance.com running on Loschaos. Rocket Freelance LLC is also owned by INTDirect LLC. There are no third party ads on loschaos.

24. Changes to this privacy policy

Loschaos.com has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect.
