Nagaland is a located in Northeast India. The culture is fascinating and the landscape rich and lush. The region was proclaimed the 16th state of India on the first of December, 1963. The land is mountainous and is home for 14 tribes that are all unique and practice their own customs. Bonzer Muivah, the artist featured in this post, attempts to preserve the proud traditions of the Naga in his paintings. His work is beautiful.

This piece of art by South Korean artist Hoooook features an angel rescuing a woman from the fires of hell. Like most all of his work, the art is breathtaking.
Tell me the truth. If you say this female warrior slicing through the battlefield would you hesitate even for a moment to follow her to victory? I think not.
